Founder & CEO
Dubai-based Founder & CEO of HOKO and Managing Director of the Rich List Group, with over 25 years in sport and entertainment across the Middle East, Asia Pacific and USA.
Before HOKO, Max spent over a decade at World Sport Group and Creative Artists Agency (CAA). He commercialised the Rich List F1 events into new markets and took equity in TICC, The Rich List, Urban Polo and F&B brands.
He has closed deals with Emirates, Marriott, Pernod Ricard, Moët Hennessy, McLaren, Red Bull, Samsung, TAG Heuer and Heineken, and leads MoneyGram's ICC platform and the MoneyGram Goal programme.
Broadcast deals include BeIN Sports, OSN, Dubai Sports, Star Sports and MBC.

Founder & General Manager
International fashion model turned serial eco-entrepreneur, with a degree in Psychology and a master's in HR.
Co-owner of HOKO and Creative Director of The Rich List Group's events arm, Ana helped grow it into a multi-million-pound business and has conceptualised brands in over 8 countries.
In 2018 she founded Rosas Café in Marbella, voted the most Instagrammable café in the world, booked by Dior, Chanel and La Perla for launches.
She has modelled for Dolce & Gabbana, Maybelline, Sephora and Chopard.

Executive Board
Director at Almoayed Investments B.S.C(c), a multidisciplinary family-owned investment group active across private and public sector enterprises in Bahrain.
Starting out in IT software services, he went on to establish and develop international brands in Bahrain including Ducati, Apple, Barry's, Vespa, Piaggio, Illy Caffè and Harley-Davidson, alongside the subcontracting company EMCO.
His interests now span home-grown F&B brands, IT products and services, distribution and transport, and real estate, and he is exploring the borders between charity and entrepreneurship.
He holds a B.A. from Southern Methodist University and an MBA from Strathclyde University. A former EO Bahrain Chapter President and EMEA Regional Director, he has served on the YPO Bahrain and YPO MENA boards and is a member of YPO Dubai Downtown.

Executive Board
Senior asset management specialist with extensive experience in property development, private equity and family office operations within hospitality.
He has held leadership roles at Dubai Holding and WASL in the UAE, managing substantial global property portfolios and leading numerous development initiatives.
He holds postgraduate degrees in Business Administration from NMIMS and in Hotel Management from IHM Mumbai, with executive education in real estate and asset management from Harvard and Cornell.
He sits on industry boards including the MENA Cornell University Alumni Association, the Hotel Asset Managers Association MEA chapter and the UAE Restaurant Group.

Executive Board
Former Visa Inc. Regional President for Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa, responsible for Visa's business across 84 countries.
Before 15 years at Visa he was Managing Director of the Retail Business in Asia and the Credit Card Business in Australia at ANZ Banking Group, following 17 years at Citigroup in corporate and investment banking and credit cards across Asia and the Middle East.
Since taking early retirement in 2017 he has focused on philanthropic work. An Australian citizen, he is based in the UAE.
